Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations (including no show/no call) less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting up to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. In addition, rescheduling services the day of the appointment will incur a 25 dollar change fee, no exceptions. Lastly, No refunds after service(s) performed nor product(s) returned outside of the 72 hour return window.
